"the Big Fella" is FP's resident Swiss Army Knife. He can--and does--do it all. He is officially listed as our VP and Executive Producer, but he is also our primary video editor, color grader, graphic animator, audio master, compositor and the list really does go on and on...
He has worked with NBC Sports, Outdoor Channel, Castrol Oil, Triumph, and the TV Show Grimm.

John Esa
The original 'Former' started this all by doing video, on-stage, voice over, marketing and presentation productions for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Once the Big Fella was on board and bringing a considerably higher quality to video elements, Esa began focusing on client management and dabbling with the pre-production script writing and storyboarding.
He most recently worked as a CMN Hospital Program Director in Eugene, OR.
